Ordering

How do I place an order?: Email support@briannemoments.com or call (681) 433-1011 with the products and quantities you'd like. We confirm availability and send a secure invoice the same business day.
Do you have a checkout cart?: Not at the moment. Every order is confirmed by a person, which lets us flag ingredient sensitivities and combine shipping before you pay.
Can I change or cancel an order?: Yes, any time before it ships. Reply to your invoice email and we'll adjust or cancel at no cost.

How fast do orders ship?: Orders leave our Philadelphia studio within two business days. Standard delivery inside the United States takes three to seven business days.
Do you ship internationally?: Not currently. We ship to all fifty US states, plus Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Is shipping free?: Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, a flat rate is quoted on your invoice before you pay.

Are your products natural?: Every formula is built on plant oils, butters, clays, and botanical extracts, with well-tested preservatives where water is present. We never use parabens, sulfates, phthalates, or synthetic dyes.
I have sensitive skin. Where should I start?: Our Gentle Facial Cleanser, Everyday Hand Cream, and Oatmeal & Honey Soap are the mildest in the range. Always patch test on the inner forearm for twenty-four hours first.
How long do products last?: Anhydrous products such as balms and butters keep for twelve months. Water-based products such as the cleanser and serum are best used within six months of opening.
Do you test on animals?: Never. No ingredient or finished product is tested on animals at any stage.

What is your return policy?: Unopened products can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. See our Refund & Returns policy for full detail.
Do you offer wholesale?: Yes, for spas, salons, and independent shops. Email us with your business name and resale certificate for a wholesale sheet.
