Orders are placed by email or phone and are not binding until we confirm them in writing and you pay the invoice we issue. We may decline or limit any order, including for pricing errors, stock limits, or suspected resale without a wholesale agreement.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable Pennsylvania sales tax is added where required.

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but because they are made in small batches from natural materials, color, scent, and texture may vary slightly between batches. Screen rendering may also differ from the product in hand.

Our products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always read the full ingredient list, patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a physician if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a skin condition.

The Brianne Moments name, logo, product names, photography, and page copy are owned by Brianne Moments LLC and may not be used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

We may revise these terms. Continued use of the website after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
