Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within two business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During restocks or holiday periods, processing may extend to four business days; we will tell you in advance if that applies to your order.

Standard domestic delivery takes three to seven business days after dispatch. Expedited two-day service is available on request and quoted at cost. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that threshold, a flat rate based on parcel weight is quoted on your invoice before you pay, so there are never surprise charges at the end.

We ship to all fifty US states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not currently ship internationally or to freight forwarders.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is created. Please allow up to twenty-four hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If tracking has not moved for seven business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace and replace the order where the trace confirms loss.

If a parcel arrives damaged, email photographs of the box and contents within seventy-two hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Please check your shipping address carefully before paying your invoice. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the replacement postage is paid.

Butters and balms can soften in transit during summer. This does not affect performance — let the product set at room temperature. We add insulation to summer shipments where the forecast warrants it.
